5 Cellulite Myths Busted
As with anything that the human race has began
to fear, cellulite has conjured up some myths
over the years. Today I would like to directly
attack those five cellulite myths, and bust them.
Myth #1: Water, lots of it will reduce cellulite.
Oh boy, if all fat people had to do to get rid of
excess of fat was drink water, don’t you think we would have
run out of fresh water in the world by now? No people,
drinking water like a camel going on a 40 day desert voyage
will not help reduce that cellulite you have building up.
Myth #2: Cellulite sufferers have access to many exercises.
This one is a little tricky to bust, it has been proven
in the past that even skinny people can suffer from cellulite.
I am just going to say excersie regulary and stay active.
And let’s leave it at that, shall we?
Myth #3: Women are the only ones who suffer from cellulite.
I mean common, is this world filled with fat woman
walking around and no fat men? Cellulite is fat, so
men can suffer from cellulite just like the woman do,
it’s just that most men could care less about cellulite
on their butts and hips. It’s just not “manly” enough.
Myth #4: Liposuction, is the easy way to no cellulite.
Let me put it this way, you can take the fat out of the
storage but the storage aka fibrous tissue that builds up
with the cellulite will be left standing and will just
fill up with more fat, faster than you can pay your
liposuction bill.
Myth #5: A healthy diet will prevent cellulite.
Ok dokie, let’s get this right from the start. You are
encouraged to eat healthy every single day, but as of
the time of writing this article there is no proven
foods that help prevent or reduce the occurance of cellulite.
