Non Surgical Cellulite Treatment

It really makes sense that one would seek nonsurgical cellulite treatments
to attack their cellulite problems. There is really no need for you to
go under the knife when there is other ways for you to solve the problem.
One non surgical cellulite treatment, I can think of right off the top of
my head you can do in the comfort of your home is using the different types
of cellulite creams and lotions that are now available on the market.
Another way to get rid of cellulite, that most people would rather avoid is
exercise. Yes, if you go a search on the internet for ways to cure your
cellulite most times than not, you will find that exercise is mentioned.
Cardio and aerobic exercise helps you improve your circulation and this
has been shown to reduce the appearance of cellulite in those trouble areas.
Today I came across, a relatively new treatement called Velasmooth. It is
labelled the first non surgical FDA cleared medical solution for cellulite.
It reduces appearance of cellulite on most of the cellulite trouble areas
for example your thighs, your butt, your upper arms and stomach.
It works in 4 distinct ways using radio frequency and light from elos
technology to target your cellulite but at the same time has a massaging
action combined with a suction action that gently spreads your cellulite.
This does not hurt, it is best described as a vet deep massage of your
tissues that also has heat added to it. There’s no fixed charge for this
treatement, you should get your own quote when you visit for your first
consultation.
One last treatement I would like to mention is called SilkLight. It also
involves a trained technician and a deep massage. They just use special
equipment which has a head that presses to your skin and has specific
pressure released to massage the skin and underlying tissues.
You can expect to see results after 4 hours of this therapy. Treatment
usually takes up to nine weeks and it is highly recommended that you
follow up with monthly maintenance sessions, to keep your circulation
flowing and your cellulite away.
So there you have it, a few non surgical cellulite treatments you can
consider. Always be careful when you chose a treatement and make sure
you consult with your doctor to make sure that it is right for you.
What You Should Know About Cellulite Laser Treatment
People with cellulite conditions can now get even more excited over a new and promising treatment procedure. Cellulite laser treatment currently seems to be one of the top options to remedy cellulite conditions.
Cellulite Laser Treatment
There is actually more than one type or method of cellulite laser treatment. Different methods will of course naturally involve different procedures. The basic idea however in cellulite laser procedure is that a low level laser is usually directed at the cellulite area to break down fat deposits. Fats are therefore melted to promote quicker fat elimination from the body through the blood stream.
Some other cellulite treatment methods may use more than one kind of laser to help promote increased blood circulation. Some methods may even use advanced mechanisms to help reduce the swelling that may result from the treatment. Another cellulite remedy or method also claims to be able to stimulate collagen production for tighter and smoother skin.
Used with Other Treatments
In a lot of cases, cellulite laser healing may be used together with other cellulite treatment methods. Laser treatment for example may be used with liposuction to assist the body through the recovery phase. Cellulite surgery however is most often used with endermologie or different massage methods. Massaging the cellulite area using special equipment after laser treatment can promote proper blood flow that is responsible for the efficient elimination of toxins and fats.
Advantages
Cellulite laser procedures may be an attractive option for a lot of people because unlike surgical procedures, it is a method that is not invasive, not painful and may only require very minimal recovery periods. Some methods even boast of requiring no recovery period. So far, this non invasive procedure poses lesser risks and potential side effects as compared to surgical procedures.
Disadvantages
Cellulite laser treatment in whatever form is an expensive procedure. A single session may already be expensive enough but real cellulite laser procedures will require more than just one session to be effective. Although different methods differ, a patient may have to return for follow up procedures up to ten times. Laser intervention may also be ineffective for some people who immediately return to unhealthy diet and activity habits after treatment. Continued cellulite reduction after laser procedures should be encouraged by proper diet and exercise.
New Field
Cellulite laser treatment is not a fully developed area. As such, long term side effects and possible complications have not yet been thoroughly assessed. Some people may therefore do better with a natural cellulite procedure. You should check first if eating right, exercise and a natural topical solution will work for you before deciding to go for a cellulite laser healing.
Asking Your Doctor’s Opinion
Although your doctor may not know everything about this new method of removing cellulite, it is always best to ask for his opinion first before choosing this option. This is especially true if you have an existing medical condition, if you are pregnant or if you are under some heavy form of medication.

Recipes For Natural Cellulite Skin Care
Everyone is going natural these days. With all the Go
Green campaigns being advocated worldwide it’s not very
suprising that people are now looking for recipes for
natural cellulite skin care.
Natural treatments have always been seen as less toxic,
usually less expensive and in most cases can be made
in the comfort of your own home. Just mix a few herbs
and maybe some dead sea mud and you are good to go.
The question remains are they any natural cures for
cellulite that actually work or have been proven to work.
In all my research on the internet I have seen a number
of sites that claim to have “the” natural treatment to
help you get rid of your cellulite. All you see on these
websites is claims from the product manufacturer or
distributer, hardly ever do you see testimonials from
satisfied customers.
Here are 3 recipes for natural cellulite skin care:
1. Natural Cellulite Gel
This is a natural gel that is made from a natural extract
called Myriceline. Other ingredients include Seaweed,
horsetail, butcher’s room, rosemary, grapefruit, centella,
bitter orange, bayberry, kelp and laminaria are few
natural ingredients and herbs.
2. Requiem Cellulite Natural Cream
This is a cream thst is made from some essential and aromatic
oils. This cream can be applied after your shower and has
been proven to be effective in eliminating cellulite from
all parts of the body.
3. Nutrave Natural Cream
This is one of the more pure of the natural creams. It is
made from Grape Seed, Glycerin, emolium delta cream,
centalla asiatica, water; cafeisilane C, fragrance, nanomoist
and a few other natural extracts.
As you can see, it is very difficult to actually get recipes
for natural cellulite skin care. This type of information is
not readily available and those that do know the recipes
seem to prefer to use them to manufacture the natural creams
and solutions and then sell them to us the general public.
Cellulite Diet
Cellulite is fat that has been trapped in fibrous pockets close to the skin. Cellulite is hardened fat cells that have been trapped in the body’s network of muscle tissue and fiber. This tissue and fiber is constantly flushed by cleansing fluids through the day and the result is a very ugly bloated look. Cleansing the affected area and decreasing the excess toxins may be beneficial to remove cellulite and enhances the skin’s quality. The fresh fruits and vegetables include multiple factors like minerals, fiber and physiochemical. Antioxidants are also included in the fruits and vegetables. Injury imposed is also eliminated by complimentary radicals on the body. there is nothing short of weight control and exercise that will help keep cellulite under control. Nutrients in Vitamin B, C and E, essential fatty acids, glucosamine, calcium, iodine, fibre and potassium - e.g. avocados, oily fish, bananas, bran and oat cereals, pears, asparagus, broccoli and such are all good sources of foods to treat cellulite
There is some slight evidence that smoking and caffeine may worsen the appearance of cellulite, possibly since they constrict blood vessels. Consumption of alcohol in any form causes the cellulite deposits in the body to increase dramatically. Sometimes, cellulite is most terrible by several foods. These foods contain alcohol, refined foods or a diet with soda and high animal protein. Cellulite deposits can be lowered or done away with completely with the right nutrition through diet and the right amount of exercise. Such a routine will, over a period of time, definitely reduce the cellulite deposits by metabolizing the fat stores for energy. Cellulite diet - Detoxification diet may help to reduce cellulite by improving on cellulite related functions. Anti cellulite detoxification diet means giving up on fatty, junk foods, and getting plenty of exercise. In addition, vigorous massages to the cellulite affected area helps to improve circulation and to flush out toxins built-up in the body.

Tummy Cellulite
Alright, when I heard the term, tummy cellulite I
laughed real hard. Why? I think tummy is a kid’s
word and grown ups should defintetly not be
using that word to describe the cellulite that
is found in your abdomen region.
C’mon seriously just say it loud to yourself
and hear how ridiculous it really sounds. Doctor
Doctor, I have cellulite… where do you have
cellulite maam? on my tummy. lol!
But then again there’s that procedure that is
called a tummy tuck. I think it’s because of that
term that people thought it was ok, to call the
cellulite in their mid section, tummy cellulite.
Alright, I think that is enough laughing lets
now address what exactely this form cellulite is.
It has been described as bumps or lumps, sometimes
even loose skin above the belly button. It even
appears in between the ribs, in some cases.
How do you get rid of this type if cellulite?
Well, some people have had success with various
cellulite creams. I have even heard of a little
procedure performed by one lady, where she rubs
the cellulite cream on for about a minute and
then blows the area with a hair dryer for as long
as she can stand the heat.
She also admits that she has not had much success
with her ritual, but she attributes that to her
body being stubborn.
One cream that has proven to be successful when it
comes to fighting tummy cellulite and is actually used
by many models in the fashion world is called “Blow
Your Buns” (BYB). This formula is many for those
who battle with extreme cellulite and cannot have it
showing on their bodies usually due to their jobs.
It is a self heating cream that does not require any
blow drying. You can apply it once or twice a week
and a small 4.oz bottle can last you up to 6 months
or even more.

This proprietary mix of homeopathic botanical essential
oils assists body’s ability to naturally decrease
cellulite deposits.

I hope that information helps you fight your tummy
cellulite. When it comes to getting rid of cellulite
I always thing exercise is the best way to go.
What to Look for in a Cellulite Wrap Treatment?
by Patricia Hammond
A typical cellulite wrap may be a great way to get rid of stubborn cellulite. With a good cellulite wrap you can have lesser fat deposits, increased blood circulation, lesser toxin levels and a more relaxed state. Not every cellulite wrap is a good one though and you would need to separate the good ones from the bad ones.
How to Use a Cellulite Wrap
You can buy a cellulite wrap and use it at home or you can go to a spa for a cellulite wrap treatment. Both ways involve having to wear special clothing or a wrap around that is made of special rubber or plastic. Some wraps may come with special lotions or may already come soaked in solutions. A cellulite wrap is swathed around and left on the cellulite area for a few minutes or hours. Some wraps may be used while performing one’s daily activities. Other wraps however are recommended for use at night while sleeping.
How Wraps Work
Regardless of whether you use a wrap at home or go to a spa for it, all cellulite wraps work in much the same way. The lotion, solution or materials in a wrap are supposed to be able to help melt down body fat and increase blood circulation to reduce the appearance of cellulite and promote waste removal. Other wraps use a combination of compression, aromatherapy and natural herbal solutions to promote detoxification.
Miracle Wraps
There are some products that will claim to be able to miraculously remove cellulite and reduce total body fat in a matter of minutes or overnight. Some of these so called miraculous products however do not have scientifically supported materials and ingredients that have been proven to help reduce cellulite. A miracle cellulite wrap may be able to truly reduce fat but only because it induces profuse sweating. In most cases, the fat reduction is only temporary and may return after you eat a good meal or return to your usual activities. To date, there are no effective miraculous quick fixes for cellulite.
Dangers
It is always best to look for a reputable spa that can help you with a cellulite wrap treatment. The incorrect use of a cellulite wrap could lead to excessive loss of body fluids which could lead to dehydration which in turn could endanger your life. A spa with qualified personnel may be able to properly monitor both your condition and the use of a cellulite wrap. A good spa will also be able to give you a more refreshing and energizing experience.
Checking the Ingredients
Before you consider the use of any cellulite wrap you should ask about the ingredients used with a wrap. There are really natural ingredients that have been found to help break down fat and promote blood circulation. Coffee for example is an active ingredient that can both promote fat break down and blood flow. Algae extract is another important wrap ingredient that could help flush toxins out of the body. These natural ingredients can penetrate deep into the skin when used with a cellulite wrap.

body already requires regular excercise. So by exercising
you are actually killing two birds with one stone, if

Does Drinking Carbonated Beverages Cause Cellulite?
Over the years carbonated drinks, which are also sometimes
reffered to as soda drinks especially in the US, have been
targeted as the cause of various health ailements.
Cellulite has recently joined the list of ailements and
now we now have more people asking the question, does
drinking carbonated beverages cause cellulite? What
do you think, seriously just stop and think for a second. Do
you think this is true or false?
Well, before I go ahead and answer the question for you
lets first just revisit what cellulite is. If you know
that cellulite is basically a fancy word for fat, do you
think that you could maybe answer the question now?
Here goes…
No, it’s not true drinking carbonated beverages does not
cause cellulite.
So where did this myth originate from?
I did a little research to try found exactely how this
myth could have been started and this is the best information
I found. Apparently this myth is based on the fib that
sodium in carbonated drinks and soda causes your fat cells
to swell up. I mean come on, seriously, how does it do that?
As already explained above, although cellulite may consist
of fat cells, its not made up swollen fat cells from carbonated
drinks. Cellulite is actually fat cells trapped in the connective
tissue close to the skin, that has changed shape due to more
fat being added to them by your body.
There you have it, althought I would not recommend you go wild
and drink carbonated drinks all day everyday, you will be glad
to know that the answer to your question, is a simple “NO”.
Leg Cellulite Exercise
The most dreaded place to have cellulite has got to
be the legs. It’s very difficult to cover it up
especially in summer if you want to wear a nice
bikini at the beach, without being self conscious.
Cellulite on your butt, can be covered up by your
panties or bikini bottom. That is why most people
will tend to concentrate more on the leg cellulite.
Most people want to show off their legs, hence the
need to want to get rid of that cellulite.
Although, exercise is usually not first on the list
when it comes to wanting to get rid of the cellulite
on your legs, after trying out the other available
magic formulas such as creams, and having very
minimal success, you are usually left with no choice
but to do the exercises that you need to do.
Here’s one simple exercise you can do:
1. Lay on your side with your both your legs
together and your arms bent over your chest.
2. Take the right leg and bend it at the knee, and
then raise your left leg off the ground keeping it
straight at all times.
3. Drop the leg to the ground and repeat this
up and down motion at least 10 times.
4. Swith sides so that you can do the exact same
exercise for your right leg.
You should try to do at least 3 sets of this exercise
a set being 10 repetitions or more at a time. If
you start to feel strain or fatigue, take a break
and continue when you feel relieved, never force yourself.
If you do this leg cellulite exercise at least 3 times
a week you should start to see reduction of your cellulite
in just a couple of weeks. Be patient and deligent
your persistance will help you fight that leg cellulite.
