Exercises for thigh cellulite

Your thighs are one of the major problem areas when it
comes to cellulite, therefore I understand when
people look for specific exercises for thigh cellulite.

Before you start exercising the thighs it is important
that you know the structure of the thighs. So here
we go thighs are divided into four major groups. These
are the quadriceps, biceps femoris, leg adductors and
leg abductors.

these different thigh muscles.

Basically to lose the fat that builds up in your thighs
you must always try to burn more calories than you take
in. Aerobic exercise is therefore a good option to
consider in your case and often works very well.

You could consider walking at a fast pace for about
20 to 60 minutes minutes 3 times a week or more. The best
times to go walking are in the early morning and in the
evening after you come from a long day at work. You can
however walk at any other time during the day, when you
have the time to exercise.

Another exercise you can take up for your thigh cellulite
is swimming. The good thing about swimming is that it
targets and tones your thigh and abdominal muscles. You
can go swimming as often as you can for 20 minutes to
an hour. The more often the better of course. So go jump
in that swimming pool and make a huge splash.

Before I close out this article, I thought I would mention
one other exercise that works well for the inner thigh.
This exercise is done with the use of stairs, and is
perfect for most people because almost everyone has access
to stairs.

Here’s what to do. As you approach the stair case stand
at the bottom of the stairs and hold on to the railing for
balance. Then all you do is raise your right foot onto the
first stair and then cross over your left leg over the right
as you put it onto the next stair. Just repeat left over
right, right over left until you get to the top of the stairs.
